Christmas Village Advent Calendar
This morning I set up the advent calendar I made for Richard this year. It is a whole Christmas village made out of paper.

There are houses,

a town hall,

a church,

shops and eateries,

an inn,

a cinema,

a barn,

a Christmas tree,

and some details.

Underneath every house a little present is hiding. It was a lot of work cutting, painting, glueing, etc., but Richard loved it, so it was worth it.

WOW - That’s a really clever advent. I love all the details like the carol advert. I can imagine Richard driving little cars or moving little figurines around this whole town making up all of these stories. Well Done
Hee Hee I just had a look around your blog and realised that Richard is the partner not the son. I’m sure he’d still like to drive a little toy car around the village. I’m even more impressed now with your dedication to making such a detailed advent!
Thanks for the kind words guys!
@ Kristine: Hihi, that’s so funny, since Richard really is a little kid at heart

I think this is the coolest advent calendar ever and I just love that you made the entire village out of paper! Really inspirational! Happy Holidays.
