Miami Design District
Hey peeps!
We’re still here. Had a lot of catching up to do after our Florida vacation, but we’re back in full posting force now. One part of our trip that we were really excited about was the Miami Design District. We planned to spend a whole afternoon there looking for inspiration for our own diy adventures. However, we were just a tiny bit disappointed. I guess that’s what happens when your expectations are so high. The design district was a few blocks of very expensive shops and a couple of restaurants. I think we couldn’t have afforded a single thing there. However, we did come across some very creative and pretty interior design ideas, and we even managed to sneak a few pics for you:

This was a very relaxed looking little restaurant with some stunning mosaic tile in a lovely green and blue.

Some deco balls that could be recreated with some moss or other natural materials.

And finally an unfortunately not very good pic of what seems to be the hottest colour in interior design this season: coral. I’m especially drooling over the goldfish plate.
