Florida Style: Miami houses
In Miami we saw a whole slew of beautiful and extravagant houses done in many different styles. Of course there was South Beach, where we found this unique little diner:
Obviously, we also swooned over the pretty art deco houses. We loved the blue, green and white colour scheme of this one. And just look at the playful font of the sign above the entrance:
The red writing against the white background and the interesting shapes of the Jerry’s Deli building also stood out:
Then, there were Spanish-style houses. We spent some time visiting Villa Vizcaya, a stunning mansion surrounded by gardens. Two photoshoots took place while we were there:
And then we took one of those tourist boat tours where they show you the houses of the rich and teh famous. Boy, was this “house” amazing:
I think the guide on the boat said this villa belongs to Will Smith:
Miami definitely proved to be a very inspirational city!
